Coloc is operated by Eitan Meir Cohen. For any question: through the site's report button.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

You are responsible for your password and for everything done from your account. Let us know right away if you think someone else has used it.

One account belongs to one real person. Fake accounts, and accounts created to get around a suspension, are not allowed.

Only post real, accurate and up-to-date offers and profiles: a real apartment, real prices, real dates, real photos.

You alone are responsible for the content you post and for your conversations with other members.

Stating a type of flatshare (women only, men only, mixed), a kosher kitchen, keeping Shabbat, no smoking or no pets is allowed. Excluding someone because of their origin, nationality, skin color, disability or sexual orientation is not.

Also forbidden: scams and requests for money before a visit, sexual content or offers of housing "in exchange for services", hateful, threatening or harassing content, advertising and content unrelated to flatsharing, and any attempt to manipulate moderation or the AI assistant.

Listings and profiles are checked automatically by artificial intelligence when they are published. Suspicious content may be held for review by the site's administration.

We may remove content, or suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms, without notice. Anyone can report content or a conversation with the "Report" button.

Never send money (advance, deposit, booking fee) before visiting the apartment and meeting the flatmates.

Coloc does not verify members' identities or the accuracy of listings. Meet people in a safe place, and be wary of offers that look too good to be true.

The search assistant and automatic translations are generated by artificial intelligence. They can be wrong: always check the details on the listing itself, in its original language if needed.

Use of the assistant is limited to a number of messages per day.

Coloc is a matchmaking service. We are not a party to any rental or flatshare agreement between members, and we make no guarantee about the apartments, the people or the outcome of your search.

The service is provided as is, with no guarantee of continuous availability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from exchanges between members or from the content they post.

You can delete your account at any time from "My account": your listings, profile, messages and alerts are then erased.

These terms may change; the date of the last update is shown at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
